Please choose carefully. We do not normally grant refunds or accept returns if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Given the nature of DermaScar products being applied to skin and due to hygiene factors, we are unable to accept returns if the product has been opened by means of damaged packaging, broken security seals or the product has been used.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
